When you order a Gift Certificate, I will mail it to you or to the recipient.  Please indicate the following information:

1)  Do I mail the GC to Buyer (yourself) or Recipient
- need mailing address

If GC is going to yourself, the info lines will be left blank so that you can personalize it!

If it is going directly to the Recipient, then

2)  What is GC in honor of?  What should it say? 
- Happy Birthday, Mom    or    Happy Anniversary, Shnookums

3)  Who is GC from and how should it be signed?
- Love, Anna   or   Hugs,  David    or   Your kids

Here's the quick info - to get a gift certificate mailed directly to the recipient or to yourself, please send an email (click here) to Pam Fisher with the following information:

TO BE MAILED DIRECTLY to RECIPIENT:
1.  Name and address of recipient
2.  What service you are purchasing (e.g. 1/2-hour chair massage, 1-hour Swedish Massage, etc.)
3.  Message you would like on the certificate:  who it is for (name or title), what it is for (Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, etc), who it is from (the kids, your name, etc)  (there is only room for one line of info - about 6-8 words)
4.  Your credit card number, expiration date, and your address if you want the receipt mailed to you.

TO BE MAILED TO YOU:
1.  What service you are purchasing(e.g. 1/2-hour chair massage, 1-hour Swedish Massage, etc.)
2.  Your credit card number, expiration date, and your address.

I will send you a confirmation email and get the gift certificates in the mail as soon as is humanly possible.

PLEASE CALL IF YOU WANT TO PICK UP A GIFT CERTIFICATE at our office. At our new location, someone will usually be available during the day.  But to be sure, please call 79-RELAX first (as sometimes I have a meeting or I actually take a lunch!)

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates make perfect gifts for any and all occasions - birthdays, Christmas, Holidays, Valentine's Day, weddings, anniversaries, Employee of the Month, Employee Appreciation, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Teacher's Day, Grandparents' Day, Ground Hog Day...well, you get the picture.

You can give a Gift Certificate which is good for any service which we offer. That means you can give 5 minutes worth of chair massage, 1/2 hour Therapeutic Massage,  You name it!!

Gift Certificates are easy to purchase. If you're planning in advance, you can call Pam direct at (309) 79-RELAX (797.3529) and using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) you can purchase your Gift Certificates and she will mail them either to you or directly to the Recipient - personalized with your message. You can also stop by the office, but it's a good idea to call first to make sure we are not in session.

Gift Certificates for Chair Massages can be used at the Quad Cities Airport without an appointment. If you work at the Arsenal, or any John Deere location which we serve, you can use your Gift Certificate at work.  If you'd rather come to our office to redeem your Chair Massage certificate, please call for an appointment first!
