information, Thank you for so many years of great service to the employees at Deere & Company. We are proud to be able to provide professional massage therapy services to you to help alleviate stress, tension, muscular knots and pain, headaches, and stiff necks. A few policies that we have are: CANCELATIONS - please try to cancel 24 hours in advance so that we are able to fill your time slot. Last-minute cancels are understandable as work must come first, however, please do your best to let Pam know as soon as possible (309-79-RELAX) or send a co-worker in your place. TARDINESS - we also understand that sometimes it is difficult to get off the phone or out of a meeting in time for your massage appointment; however if you are late because you forgot, we would greatly appreciate full payment of your massage time, even though your massage will last up to the ending time of your appointment, which would be less than the full 12 minutes. BOUNCED CHECKS - we rarely get bad checks, but if one does bounce back, then I need to be reimbursed the amount of the check plus a $20 bank/service fee. QUESTIONS?
