The following information is for the Dane County Regional Airport in
Madison Wisconsin, and the Eastern Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapids Iowa:
MADISON:
At this time, we do not have any openings in Madison. To put your

Day shift is 700am til 100pm
Mid shift is 1130am til 3pm
Afternoon shift is 100pm til 700pm
CEDAR RAPIDS:
We are actively seeking massage therapists for Cedar Rapids
Airport. To apply, please click here.
We have 2 shifts per day:
Day shift is 700am til 100pm
Afternoon shift is 100pm til 700pm
MADISON AND CEDAR RAPIDS AIRPORTS:

(paperwork, insurance, etc.) to begin work at the airport.
We will be open every day of the week.
Work as many shifts as you want. You will sign up for your shifts
online at my website.
Shifts are $30 each and are payable 2 weeks in advance.
You are responsible for showing up for your shift or finding a
replacement.
No credits or refunds will be given for missed shifts.
You will be responsible for keeping track of trades with the other
therapists.
A list of LMTs and phone numbers will be available.
Preferred method of payment to TRM for rent is by credit card; however,
checks will be acceptable with the stipulation that rent is paid and
check is cleared in advance of working any shifts.
$50 (fee may vary) fee for ID Badge and fingerprinting will be paid by
you. I will have airport's rule and regulations regarding badges
and fees asap.
DRESS CODE
Dress code is nice pants and a Touch & Go scrub shirt. In the
summer, capri pants or “walking” shorts with a scrub shirt will be
acceptable. Nice, clean shoes and sox must be worn.
NOT ALLOWABLE CLOTHING: sleeveless tops, tank tops, halter tops,
etc., no low cut tops, no short-shorts, no open-toe sandals.
You must always look professional and conservative as most clients will
be professional business travelers.
SUPPLIES
A massage chair will be provided, however, you will be responsible for
providing your own supplies such as papertowels for face cradle covers,
alcohol or disinfecting spray. Always carry with you enough extra
cash to make change - please do not rely on the restaurant/gift shop to
provide you with “banking services.”
TRM will provide a storage unit, signage, and decorations.
MARKETING
You must take advantage of this awesome opportunity to showcase your
skills and build your clientele thru this massage position.
Please always have with you business cards, flyers, brochures, coupons,
your appointment book, gift certificates, and any other marketing tools
you may need.
PROFESSIONALISM
You must NEVER take a nap in the airport while on your shift. If
you smoke, make sure that you wash your hands, brush your teeth, and do
whatever else is necessary to not offend a massage client with smoke
odor.
You must always present yourself in the most professional manner -
greet potential clients as they walk by; engage them in conversation;
ask them if they’ve ever had a massage before; ask them about their
stress. Feel free to offer hesitant clients a few free minutes
and tell them they can pay if they like it and want more time.
DISCOUNTS
We will offer all airport and airline employees a 50% discount.
This is a great marketing tool as these employees have contact with the
passengers and can refer them to us. Employees must show their
airport ID badge for the discount.
KEY DEPOSIT
A key deposit in the amount of $100 is required prior to your start
date at which time you will be given a key for the padlock to the
kiosk. It is your responsibility to keep track of your key - if
your key is lost and a new padlock and replacement keys are necessary,
you will forfeit your $100 key deposit. However, when you return
your key upon ending your contractual position with TRM, and you do not
owe any rent, or any other monies, your $100 will be returned in full
or in part, depending on the dollar amount, if any, owed to Two Rivers
Massage.
CONTRACT/AGREEMENT
TRM will not require a lease agreement, but will ask for at least 2 to
3 weeks notice when you decide to stop working at the airport, so that
a replacement can be found. When hired, I will ask you to sign
and date a Independent Contractor Agreement. You will be given a
copy for your files.
